American Red Cross
The American Red Cross services civilians and military personnel. It send communications on behalf of family members who are facing emergencies, or other important events, to members of the U.S. armed forces serving all over the world around the clock, 365 days a year.



 










Military OneSource is a free service provided by the Department of Defense to service members and their families to help with a broad range of concerns including money management, spouse employment and education, parenting and child care, relocation, deployment, reunion, and the particular concerns of families with special-needs members. They can also include more complex issues like relationships, stress, and grief. Services are available 24 hours a day — by telephone and online.














Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society
The NMCRS is a private, nonprofit organization staffed primarily by volunteers. It provides education and emergency financial assistance, Budget for Baby workshop, and visiting nurse services.

*If you volunteer with NMCRS, you will be reimbursed for childcare and/or mileage!*











Armed Services YMCA
The mission of the Armed Services YMCA of is to improve quality of life for junior enlisted military personnel, their spouses and children through values oriented social, recreational, personal development, crisis prevention, deployment separation and child development programs.

The Department of the Navy legal assistance program provides free attorney assistance to uniformed service members, their family members and dependents, and other eligible clients for some types of personal legal matters.















TRICARE is the health care program for Uniformed Service members, retirees and their families worldwide.












Naval Services FamilyLine is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering sea service families to meet the challenges of military lifestyle through information and resource assistance. They distribute publications, such as Sea Legs, and they sponsor COMPASS. COMPASS is an orientation program in which spouses mentor spouses on the Navy lifestyle.













Military Kids Connect
This highly interactive website was created by psychologists at DoD's National Center for Telehealth and Technology. It helps children of deployed parents cope with the stress, changing responsibilities, and concern for the safety of their parents.
